Once every few weeks, the National Post presents a new video for its YouTube audience. With MLB spring training underway, their lastest installment features Toronto Blue Jays Pitching Coach Brad Arnsberg in a pitching grip demo. Now I know what the difference between a 2-seam (sinker) and 4-seam (heat) fastball is.

The Jays start the regular season on April 2nd, in Detroit, and play their home opener on April 9th against the visiting Kansas City Royals. Spring, and baseball, cometh!
