WTF! A sea creature, rotting foliage, or dead bird in the dish? Gross crap that some deluded chef thinks is 'pretty'. Who would go to this place when all you see is this weirdness on a plate? Shame on you, Blogto.

this new wave of sampling 5 or 6 dishes is the kick,

but they need to put more on the plates or people will

flock off in droves.

Er, new? Full course dinners have been around for centuries. They are the "art shows" of food. This isn't somewhere you go for dinner after work, it's something you do as an experience, similar to an opera, or a night at the symphony. Your goal is not to get full at a bargain, but to get an experience.
