B & B Fish & Chips is one of the many popular fish and chips spots in Leslieville. Also worth checking out are Reliable Fish 'N Chips and Woodgreen.

Love these fish and chips! One of the best places in Toronto, and certainly the least expensive!

Just went there this afternoon!
$7 for a HUGE amount of chips with a nice, light and flaky piece o' fish.
As I had a bit of a hike to get home from B & B, I was worried that my lunch would be soggy upon arrival, but it survived and was still crispy and delicious!

Been around for more than 50 years and serves ythe excellent fish and chips. The place has not changed inside and outside much since I was a kid and couldn't see over the counter

Their fries are amazing. Big portion and worth the price at $2.50 I think.

This is my new favourite place. The price is very reasonable for what you get. The fish was tender, batter was crispy and wasn't too thick and it was served on top of proper hand cut fries. I also liked how they serve it to you in a newspaper cone which is such an old school touch that I love. Living in the downtown core it is a bit of a walk for me but it's worth it.

Meh, not too impressed. Way too greasy..and the grease was old and left that nasty film on the inside your mouth.

Fish and chips were really good but yes, very greasy. However, the grease wasn't that old -- unlike that which Gregory experienced.

It doesn't beat Reliable Fish and Chips though. The service is also less surly there.

Yum! I actually did some research on neighbourhood f&c shops and chose this one based on mostly positive reviews. The fries are DELISH! The fish is pretty great too. And for two of us, it cost less than a pizza ($15). Super friendly service.

When i was a pre-teen boy between thee ages of eight and twelve years old, i lived on Coady Avenue which is only two streets away from your b+b's fishnchip store. I think it's thee only fish and chip establishment that still uses lard to fry it's fish with, and thats why our friend Gregory has that taste of film left in his mouth. But dear Gregory, that's what makes B and B's SO VERY SPECIAL AND UNIQUE FOREVER AND ALWAYS B an B!

SEQUEL #2 COMMENT #13. It is the PIG'S FAT that gives B+B's it's Distinctive Flavour and Texture for SURE!! My parents Katarina and Jakob use't to use it smeared on top of bread with added salt and called it SCHMALTZBROT. My Dad had a 1970 FORD TORINO AUTOMOBILE

I miss WOODGREEN. B&B's fish is similar, but I don't care for their chips.

I think the french fries at B&B are AWESOME.
But the fish seems mushy.

In an ideal world, I would have the fish from Reliable and the Chips from B&B.
