Tightrope Summer Launch

Tightrope Books is delighted to launch Jeffrey Round's In the Museum of Leonardo da Vinci, Rolli's I Am Currently Working on a Novel, Crystal Hurdle's Teacher's Pets and preview Roxanna Bennett's The Uncertainty Principle.

Readers for the event include Jeffrey Round, Charlene Challenger, Jim Nason & Roxanna Bennett. Bios are below.

Jeffrey Round is an award-winning writer, director, and playwright. He is the author of A Cage of Bones, The Honey Locust, the Lamba Award-winning Lake on the Mountain, and The P-town Murders. He founded a multimedia theater company, Best Boys Productions and the Church-Wellesley Review, Canadas first print journal for LGBT creative writing. He lives in Toronto.

Crystal Hurdle teaches at Capilano University in North Vancouver. She is the author of the poetry collection After Ted & Sylvia. Her work has been published in journals such as Canadian Literature, the Dalhousie Review, and the Literary Review of Canada.

Rolli is a writer, cartoonist, and the author of Gods Autobio, Plum Stuff and Dr. Franklins Staticy Cat. His cartoons appear regularly in Readers Digest. He lives in Southey, Saskatchewan.

Roxanna Bennett studied experimental arts at the Ontario

College of Art and Design and creative writing at the University of Toronto. She lives in Whitby, Ontario.

Charlene Challenger is the author of the Voices in Between and a graduate of the Ryerson Theatre School.

Jim Nasons award-winning poems, essays, and stories have been published in literary journals and anthologies throughout the United States and Canada. His most recent book is I Thought I Would be Happy.
