Chocolatiers blend chocolates that are already made with other ingredients to arrive at bars and truffles.
The two are often compared in the chocolate industry to the difference between someone who grinds flour from grains, and the other person, who takes the flour to bake bread. *Big* difference between these two professions.
Toronto only has two chocolate makers to my knowledge. They are Soma and Chocosol. To say that another shop offers chocolate making courses or that they are chocolate makers is misleading to anyone who takes an interest in chocolate. Perhaps you might want to say "truffle-making" or "sweet-making" courses in order to be more accurate.

if you read the sentence above no where does it say chocolate making classes and if you visit the Stubbe website there is no claim of that either
