Say Tea TorontoSay Tea is a specialty tea store in Bloor West Village. They sell more than a hundred varieties of loose leaf tea including a selection of organic tea.

Cute, cozy store, but they have way too many teas to keep them all fresh. Even worse, they're stored in clear glass containers, which is probably the worst possible way to store tea.
I asked for one of their estate darjeelings and the lady at the counter didn't even know if it was a 1st flush or 2nd flush. That's probably the most simple question anyone could ask about a darjeeling! It troubles me that anyone can work in a tea store and know so little about the tea they sell.
I bought some anyhow, but sure enough it was bland and slightly stale tasting due to poor storage.
I'm almost positive I was short-changed on the tea too. Ordered and paid for 55g, but I seriously doubt there was more than 30g in the bag. However, I don't have a scale to confirm this, so I'll give her the benefit of the doubt there.
I'll be sticking to reputable online vendors from now on...
