This party store just north of Wellesley has an excellent assortment of reasonably priced costumes and party goods.
Despite having far too much crammed into a small space, the stores late hours and full selection of licensed adult costumes makes it a popular and busy place at Halloween.

This store sells the absolute worst quality costumes. The costumes are overpriced as you can get the exact same costume online for 50% of the price. Make sure you thoroughly examine the item before you purchase it.
