Former Ontario finance minister and current York University Chancellor Gregory Sorbara will celebrate the launch of his new autobiography, The Battlefield of Ontario Politics, at a ticketed event on October 30, 2014, at York University.

Sorbara’s book will bring the reader into the back rooms of the Ontario Liberal Party as some of the most significant changes in Ontario's political history are made. He also gives readers an insider's view of his party's election strategies

“A civil society depends on a healthy political system. For three decades I was a practitioner helping to shape the events that influence Ontario’s development. This memoir, for me, is a very personal perspective on that journey,” says Sorbara.
