Relax your mind, explore your senses, and unveil your creativity with yoga and painting at Paintlounge Toronto West with local instructor Hayley Lowe.
Begin the workshop through a gentle Hatha Yoga class focusing on breath awareness, posture and relaxation focused on one of the elements: Water, Earth, Fire, and Air. Using these tools, we invite you to explore sensory images and to connect with your creative core. Once your body is relaxed and bursting with ideas, we’ll guide you to proceed to your canvas where you can let what’s inside out.
Each workshop includes a 16×20″ solo painting session. Please bring your own yoga mat.
