I want to take this time to invite everyone to the official Project W launch party presented by the Windup Bird Cafe on Saturday, January 31st, 2015 @ 382 College Street, Toronto, ON, M5T 1S7.

What's Project W you ask?

Well the W represents the 5 Ws Who? What? When? Where? & Why? - This project invites artists both Known and Unknown to showcase and share their talents, passions and stories with the city of Toronto in a more up close and personal format!

For the launch party, we have Toronto's own LaShawn Powell AKA Elcee who is a recording artist, singer and producer from our city and will be our headline artist for the month.

Being an artist myself - Arys Djan I felt like it was time for us to get to know WHO our fellow artists are and WHY they do WHAT they do...WHERE do they come from? WHEN did they're journeys with art begin? And most importantly...HOW do they plan on using their artistic talents?

There will also be an OPEN MIC period throughout the night so we are calling out all art forms to come together and build this family together, whether you are a poet, musician, model, painter, tattoo/makeup artist, writer, reader, rapper, dancer, photographer, comedian, actor etc...you get the point :- - Let's create this atmosphere!
