Toronto Karate Kids League (TKKL) is a series of Karate tournaments for non-elite athletes. The League intends to unify all Karate clubs in the Sportive Karate event similar, by essence, to Toronto Pan Am Games 2015 Karate event. We provide children and youth up to 15 years of age, access to 4 tournaments per year for beginner and intermediate levels. Each tournament has 40 categories with 8 medals awarded in each category.

Currently there are many Karate competitors spread throughout and Toronto Karate Kids League welcomes all Karate clubs and styles. League aims to increase interest and engagement in community Karate and in Toronto’s upcoming 2015 PanAm Games. We give non-elite athletes the chance to learn the benefits of healthy competition, sportsmanship and discipline. We are eager to expand and promote Karate as a serious and safe sport which we hope some day to be an Olympic.
