Toronto 48 Hour Film Project - Best Short Films of 2016 Screening

If you like short-films and want to support a ton of local filmmakers, you’ll want to attend this screening. We’ll be showing 15 short films that will entertain and inspire even the pickiest film buff; testament to what a creative and competitive group of people can accomplish when they’re under the gun and fuelled by a collective passion for filmmaking. A half-hour awards ceremony, similar to the Oscars (but much shorter in length) will following the 90 minute screening.

Tickets: $10 cash only (Available at the theatre box-office, at 1pm)

*** Doors open at 1:15pm and the screening starts at 2pm sharp***

Rated R: no one under 17 admitted without an accompanying parent or guardian.

The best film from the 2016 Toronto 48 Hour Film Project will compete against the winners from the other 48 Hour Film Project cites at our international film festival, Filmapalooza (Seattle, Washington, March 1-4, 2017), and if it does well there it will be screened at the Cannes Film Festival.
