The next beer pairing dinner of our series, at The Indie Alehouse, features guest chef Michael Olson from Niagara College. Chef Olson is teaming up with our chef, Todd Clarmo to bring you a menu showcasing the regions fall harvest and heart warming European classics.

Chef Olson is preparing a tongue in cheek version of a dish from a restaurant that he frequented during his formative cooking years in Toronto. It's called The Transylvanian Wooden Platter and he was known to devour it with other young chefs, on their rare days off. Chef Olson and his brigade are currently fermenting a batch of sauerkraut and have jarred assorted pickled vegetables from Niagara region to accompany the meal. Chef Olson is referring to this evening as "a lovely beer dinner with an overbearing Hungarian grandmother shoving food into your face!"

Not only will the passion be in the kitchen, but our brewer's will be heading to Niagara college to do a collaboration creation with Niagara College's Brew Master program!

Each course will be paired with a beer by Indie Alehouse, Niagara College, or both!
