Jiven The owner of The Organic Artists has created a series of pieces that join nature with urban culture. Warm vibrant colours with real organic materials combine on vintage woods and scraps .

The idea came 2 summers ago when Jaimee Cho aka Jiven was sitting in her garden looking at the flowers that had fallen to the ground. She remembered how people use to collect petals and press them in books. So she did.... Months past and she opened up the book in amazement to find the flower still had it's shape and colour. She researched long and hard on how to preserve this beauty. Finding a sealant glue and paint that was non toxic and environmentally friendly she began to work.

At the same time she finished a course online with Penn State University about Energy the Environment and our Future. Its there she learned about renewable energy, different ways to recycle and how to create a sustainable living.

This was a big break for her! Always busy being a mother of 2, working and being house wife. She then started to combine her love for street art and vintage things with the knowledge of recycling and gardening. It was then she brought the two passions together to create masterpieces.
