An Experimental Hip-Hop, crime-fighting trio. Psychedelic trip-hop, smokey dub & astonishing electronic vibes simmer down, propelling powerful socially conscious messages in the manner of predecessors Abstract Random. New album out now on 88 Days of Fortune & DAPS Records.

SlowPitchSound https://soundcloud.com/slowpitch-1

A Time-Travelling DJ from the Sacred Isles of Scattertopia. The Sci-Fi Turntablist produces beats and grooves that will wrap around your inner-mind like Marty McFly's life-preserver jacket, preparing you for a journey into an unknown dimension.

The Pinnacles of Self Absorption

Super groups are sometimes loved by all ELP or despised by many ELP, but when the forces do unite under a harvest moon, the possibilities are endless. The forces in question, of course, involve members from avant-noise outfits such as Eyeballs & BILE SISTER, who are equally well known for their ability to freak out and funkify the masses.

There comes a time, when a legendary figure must step forward, and call forth the ancient spirits of wonder and imagination. Composer/Multi-Instrumentalist Allison Cameron is that legend. An icon in Toronto's experimental music community for the last couple of decades, her compositions have shone on-stage throughout North America & Europe, meanwhile, she has and continues to work on fantastic collaborations with many of our city's great avant/jazz/chamber musicians.

The Night Shift on CJRU 1280AM is a a radio program that spins a diverse, adventurous mix of sounds ranging from Psychedelic Punk to Experimental Hip-Hop, Tropicalia to Musique Concrte, with a heavy focus on Canadian and Independent artists.
