The Flying Stars: Toronto premiere
The Flying Stars is coming home to Toronto on February 12 at the Toronto Black Film Festival. Winner of best documentary at the 2015 BronzeLens Film Festival of Atlanta and Telefilm Pitch This at 2011 TIFF, The Flying Stars profiles two amputee players in post-war Sierra Leone who play soccer to battle their post-traumatic stress disorder.
Directors Allan Tong, Ngardy Conteh George and associate producer Fiona Aboud will present the film.
