On Monday, February 16 from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., The Cabbagetown BIA invites one and all to join them at their inaugural, free admission Family Day Festival. The event features an ice sculptures stroll throughout the Cabbage town BIA district, horse and carriage rides, Toronto All Star Big Band, an ice skating showcase, buskers, food, music and more.
