Taste of Iceland - Icelandic Cuisine at Luma

Toronto welcomes acclaimed Icelandic chef Viktor Örn Andrésson (Lava Restaurant at the Blue Lagoon). Recently named 2014’s Nordic Chef of the Year, Andrésson has collaborated with Anthony Walsh, corporate executive chef of Oliver & Bonacini and Michael Wilson, Luma’s own chef de cuisine.

The trio put together a four-course prix-fixe menu for an affordable $55, focused on authentic Icelandic dishes with diverse flair and texture.

The Icelandic tasting menu will be available Nov. 13 to 15 at Luma. Dishes include: Icelandic Arctic Char, Icelandic Cod + Langoustine, Icelandic Free-Range Lamb, Icelandic Viking Skyr.
