Tafelmusik's TAFELSCENE and TSO's TSOUNDCHECK join forces for our third annual 35 & Under movie night, presenting 2001: A Space Odyssey.

2001: A Space Odyssey is Stanley Kubrick’s iconic adaptation of a short story by sci-fi author Arthur Clarke. Kubrick presents a gripping psychedelic commentary on the rise of artificial intelligence and its influence on the process of human evolution. His expert rendering of special effects and treatment of music as dialogue shaped one of the most iconic films in the history of cinema.
