Sumatra: Conservation is our Future: CONTACT Exhibition

Photographers Without Borders invites you to join us for our exhibition in the annual Scotiabank CONTACT Festival!

CONTACT is the largest photography event in the world, and a premiere cultural experience in Canada, with over 1500 artists in 200 exhibitions and happenings throughout the month in the Greater Toronto Area. Founded in 1997, CONTACT is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to celebrating and fostering the art and profession of photography. (http://scotiabankcontactphoto.com/about)

Featuring photographers Danielle Da Silva, Misha Masek, Gita Defoe, and Kristi Odom, Sumatra: Conservation is our Future will feature photography and stories from the Sumatran Wildlife Sanctuary, an initiative in partnership with Orangutan Wildlife Centre and Photographers Without Borders to conserve forty hectares of land in Sumatra for habitat conservation.

Please join us for the premiere of our exhibition, at Boehmer (93 Ossington) There will be complimentary wine, and hors d'oeuvres. The exhibition will be up and available to be viewed at Boehmer until May 31st!
