Silent Walk and Mindfulness Practice

You're invited to join us for another Mindfulness Practice in High Park. Hope to see you there!

We'll be starting right at 10am, so please aim to arrive by 9:45am to check in and get settled.

This session is limited to 10 participants. Tickets are first come first served.

Meeting Place: Details will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event.

This session is limited to 15 participants. Tickets are first come first served.

The format of our session will be:

1. Introductions and 15 minute seated meditation.

2. Silent walk through the woods and west side creek area. Slow and steady with no rush to be anywhere :)

3. Ending with another 15 minute seated meditation followed by discussion.

Please note that this is not a class and there will not be much instruction. However, our sessions are still a great way to experiment for those who are new to mindfulness and meditation.

For the seated portion of the practice, please bring a towel or blanket to sit on. If it's difficult for you to sit cross legged, we can also show you a standing form of meditation.

If this session needs to be cancelled, you will receive 24 hours notice and a credit towards a future session. Full refund of the ticket may be requested 72 hours before the event.
