After having to cancel his concert at Toronto’s Kool Haus due to tonsillitis, Sam Smith announced that he will perform his makeup concert date in Toronto at Air Canada Centre on January 20th. Tickets for the Air Canada Centre show will go on sale to the public on Friday, October 24th at 10am (ET) at Ticketmaster.
For fans who purchased tickets for the cancelled Kool Haus show, the change in venue will require all ticket holders to repurchase new tickets. Ticketmaster will automatically refund the ticket price plus fees (except courier) for Kool Haus purchases within 7 – 10 business days and will contact the original buyer with a special offer code giving them the opportunity to repurchase up to the same number of tickets on the floor or in the lower bowl of Air Canada Centre for the same price and fees as the tickets for the Kool Haus show. The repurchasing opportunity will be for a limited time only beginning Friday, October 17th 10am (ET) through October 30th at 10pm (ET).
