Kosa Kolektiv invites you to the studio for a special pysanka session with homemade dyes from locally foraged materials.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about different kinds of slavic folk traditions for decorating eggs, including lystovka (egg decorated with leaf impressions), travlenka (egg with etched design), or pysanka (egg decorated with wax and dyes). Come chat with us, peruse through our little biblioteka, and make art!

All materials will be provided (eggs, stylus, dyes, wax…)

Instruction will be informal, but highly informative with lots of individual attention. Please come by between 6-10pm, with instructional talks starting at 7pm.
