Manuela’s work investigates the idea of the term pastiche by the process of ink transfer. Her works assemble layers of imagery that have been translated onto a new surface and presents the viewer with a partial simulacrum.

Working solely out of admiration for artists and styles long past, Graham works with the concepts and manner of the early modern world, favoring the romantic and symbolist ideologies. Through the expression of his own visual and symbolic style, Graham's work fantasizes the old world in an attempt to reconnect with a simpler way of life.
