Pizzeria Libretto’s Chef Rocco Agostino and Toronto’s best food trucks including Caplansky’s, Be Good Gelato, Heirloom, Tapioca Gourmet and I Love Churros for a special Wild Blueberry Pizza Night at Evergreen Brick Works. Enjoy a variety of dishes like Pizzeria Libretto’s staple wild blueberry pizza with ricotta, a Brazilian-inspired blueberry tapioca crepes, a wild blueberry crisp with vanilla gelato and a smoked chicken sausage with wild blueberry ketchup – all celebrating North America’s native superberry. As well, adults and children can enjoy free public programming including live music, craft beer, a bike obstacle course and lots of fun in nature. The evening’s events are a part of the festivities leading up to Evergreen’s7th annual Wild Blueberry Festival at Evergreen Brick Works on Sunday, August 21, 2016.
