Pan American Food Festival is back for days in July and August 2015 showcasing restaurants, food producers, chefs and the variety of national and regional cuisines of the Western Hemisphere, with a spotlight on one country each year. A cultural festival of art, music and folklore enhances the food experience to celebrate the region’s diverse cultural expression.
