Overnight's Album Launch! Catriona Sturton's Album Launch!

We are so psyched for this. Three former Plumtree bandmates release two new albums at the Holy Oak. Overnight's is called Carry Me Home. Catriona Sturton's is called Bumble Bee.

Most of you know of our connection to Bryan Lee O'Malley and his Scott Pilgrim comic book series. Bryan made Overnight Carla and Lynette Gillis, Caitlin Dacey, Mike Small the beautiful print shown above, which we'll have at the show, along with limited-edition white vinyl. And pins!

And because Bryan is a gem of a human being, he is flying in from L.A. and will sign autographs beforehand. The bands will be signing too, if anyone is interested. We are not as famous as Bryan.

But here's the thing: this is an early show that runs from 730-930 pm. Also the Holy Oak is wee. So you should probably try to get there early.

Here's the other thing: albums take a long time to write. And record. And manufacture. Two hours isn't long enough to celebrate. So... after we play, we are going to carry all of our gear across the street to Duffy's and set up and play again and party late into the night.

If you have trouble getting into the Holy Oak, meet us later at Duffy's. DOESN'T THIS SOUND LIKE AMAZING FUN?!
