For January we're bringing back some of our past events for a 2014 throwback including Cocina Lucero's tamale tour of Mexico Wednesday, January 28th at 7pm.

Try 4 classic tamales, a traditional steamed corn cake with different wraps and fillings plus 2 surprise tamales and their Jamaica (hibicuis cold tea) for $20 tax & tip included.

Chiapas style with swiss chard wrap

Plus 2 surprise tamales from different regions all with a variety of fillings.

Cocina Lucero, La Mexicana's sister restaurant offers a more refined Mexican experieince. Featured in Restuarant Makeover in 2008 with Chef Lynn Crawford, Cocina Lucero still has many of her recipes and techniques on the menu paired with restaurant owner Lucero's authentic Mexican style.

All tickets must be purchased online before 11pm Monday, January 27th, 2014.

No tickets will be available at the door.

Maximum attendance: 10 people

Tickets must be presented (printed or electronically) to check-in.

Each ticket is a unique one-time use code and cannot be shared.

This is a communal event, guests will be seated with other guests.
