On September 25, 2015, Megan Hamilton will release her third full-length album, Forty Warm Streams to Lead Your Wings. Produced by Jim Bryson and recorded in Kingston, ON and Stittsville, ON, Streams was written and recorded to commemorate Megans forty years on the planet. Streams demonstrates a step forward in pop sensibilities for Hamilton, a reuniting with dreamy reverb and a little bit of the unexpected. This is Megans second release with Ottawa dreamboat Jim Bryson. On Snow Moon, a three-song EP released in 2013, the two worked together for the first time, forging a strong working relationship. Streams pushes Hamiltons boundaries in a way that both naturally follows her trajectory of releases since 2006, and forces honesty into her work. She has played from coast to coast from Newfoundland to BC as well as touring Texas, Kentucky and Alabama. She recently played the Wolfe Island Music Festival and will be touring in support of this new album through the fall of 2015.
