Lulaworld 2015: Amai Kuda Y Josephine
Playing what they call AfroSoul, singer/songwriters, percussionists, community activists and educators Amai Kuda Y Josephine believe strongly in the power of music to heal and change the world. Their new release, AfroSoul Volume II: MaZai, has been called “earthy and rootsy and good for your ears” by CBC’s Errol Nazareth. It is the follow-up to Amai Kuda’s debut album, Sand from the Sea – described as “one of the year’s most exciting discoveries” by Nicholas Jennings.
Special guest artists will join Amai Kuda Y Josephine for this performance.
