Kensington Flea Market
A flea market is a great place to discover up-cycled and repurposed treasures, as well as handcrafted creations by artisans. Toronto’s bohemian Kensington Market has always had a flea-market vibe and, during this summer’s Pedestrian Sundays, this historic, colourful neighbourhood will finally have its very own outdoor Flea Market.
Presented by Trashed & Wasted, Kensington FLEA Market will be an natural extension of the popular Food Rescue event we held in March: carefully curated and featuring independent vendors selling artisanal, handmade items, vintage clothing, records, up-cycled items and other local wares.
The last Sunday of the month, all summer long, Kensington FLEA Market will also feature a Craft Beer Garden that will include local brews plus fun beverage creations such as gussied-up iced coffees, cold brew teas, specialty slushies, and other frozen treats.
