Hope in Bloom 2015
On April 2, 2015 Catherine Graham founder of the Hope in Bloom campaign will be kicking off its 31st year of selling tulips to raise awareness for Parkinson’s during Parkinson’s Awareness Month. The campaign raises $120,000 annually for research, advocacy, education and support for people affected by Parkinson’s.
