Honest Weight and Chef Chris McDonald get together to create an Andalucian-inspired dinner. Each course will be paired with spectacular Sherry from the bodegas of Barbadillo, Gonzalez- Byass, Lustau and others. Host John Bil has sourced some hard to get seafood. Chef McDonald will prepare a menu inspired by his recent trip to Andalucia. Five courses including truffles plus plenty of tapas. Sommelier Will Predhomme will be in attendance and taking care of beverages.
