TORONTO - We have a new amazing way to get FIT. Goodlife is bringing you a brand new Fitness class.

LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. LES MILLS GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

Come and try the class for FREE! Just ask the front desk to sign you up for a 3 day Pass. You can stay for the full hour, or just 30 minutes. You will LOVE it!

The class begins at 6:30PM.
