Greg Godovitz was born March 20, 1951 in Toronto, Ontario. Subsequent bands included The Pyggs (blues), The Mushroom Castle (psychedelic) and Sherman and Peabody (blues rock). Next up Greg rejoined the Pilling brothers in Fludd where they recorded a number of top ten AM radio hits including Cousin Mary and Turned 21. In 1975 Greg formed Goddo who recorded eleven (11) albums of eclectic hard edged rock and roll. Recording eleven albums during their career would produce many classic rock staples including Pretty Bad Boy, Under My Hat, Sweet Thing, So Walk On and O Carole (Kiss My Whip). The group would tour Canada and the United States relentlessly, carving a path of rock and roll mayhem wherever they travelled. The stories from his days on the road would later fuel Greg's autobiography, Travels With My Amp.
