For the past 30 years, quirky, family-owned ice cream shop Dutch Dreams is a Toronto institution, with tourists and locals alike drooling over its delicious cones and colourful décor. In celebration of its 30th Anniversary, and Dutch Liberation Day, a holiday that marks the Netherlands’ liberation from Nazi Occupation by the First Canadian Army, Dutch Dreams is hosting a “block party” on May 5, 2014 featuring music, entertainment and, of course, FREE ICE CREAM! The party will be held at the popular ice cream shop’s new, larger location.
