After the successful launch of the first annual Downsview Park Ribfest last year, the 2017 edition promises even more ribs, entertainment and tasty foods during this Labour Day weekend. Downsview Park Ribfest, returning September 1st to 4th, 2017, marks the end of the rib touring season in Canada for most ribbers. This makes it the last chance, this year, to get some of the tastiest ribs in the world.

During each day of the Downsview Park Ribfest, there is suitable entertainment for children including: a midway with rides and inflatables; the Kids Zone, with face painting; as well as live entertainment on the Music Stage. At night, the musical entertainment becomes more suitable for adults. Friday is Variety Night, disco fever takes to the stage on Saturday, Sunday brings Latin Night and the holiday Monday is for chilling with a reggae vibe. Other features are a rib eating contest, six top North American rib teams, fabulous food trucks and more.
