When six-year-old Andy gets one of the wildly popular Good Guy Dolls, people start dying horribly. It turns out Chucky is possessed by the evil spirit of voodoo-practicing serial killer Charles Lee Ray (Brad Dourif), who entered the toy after being fatally shot by a cop (Chris Sarandon) and now wants Andy's body for himself.
