Charlotte Cornfield is a multifarious songwriter/instrumentalist from Toronto. Friend Leif Vollebekk describes her sound as Laurel Canyon grunge folk, and she agrees with a smile. A denizen of the road since her late teens, the 6-foot-tall musician lives in a state of bemusement. Cornfield has toured extensively through Canada, the US and Europe, and shared the stage with acts like Sun Kil Moon, Lake Street Dive, Ron Sexsmith, and Sharon Van Etten. She is currently working on a new album with producer Don Kerr Ron Sexsmith, the Rheostatics.

Daughter of Mennonite missionaries, Rachel Ries hails from the inspiring, vast expanses of South Dakota, by way of Zaire. She crafts slyly compassionate songs for the crooked hearted. Ghost of a Gardener, Ries third long play, has been warmly received across North America and Europe by UNCUT, NPR, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, BBC, RTE, Irish Times, Exclaim and Daytrotter. Rachel Ries has recorded with Anais Mitchell, Gregory Alan Isakov feat on Ghost of a Gardener, Jeremy Messersmith and through extensive touring with Anais Mitchell, toured supporting Bon Iver and others.
