Featuring the foodgasm-inducing Chile en Nogada (Ancho pepper w/ a savoury + sweet pork and beef stuffing, coated in a fresh walnut + cream sauce, and topped w/ pomegranate seeds and parsley), the dangerous Miguel Hidalgo Cocktail (margarita mixed w/ mezcal, tamarind + ancho pepper, fresh lime juice and agave), and more, Milagro's week-long Dia de la Independencia celebration is an epicurean event no foodie wants to miss!
