Camp Reset Presents: Morning Resets

Time to get up out of bed, move your body whichever way you want, and connect with a new tribe! Morning Reset happening October 14th, 2015 from 6:30AM - 9:30AM will kick off with a yoga class then transition into an early morning dance party. Come join us for some or all of the festivities before you head off to work, energized, excited, and awake!

Morning Reset will feature:

* Yoga class led by Luciana Alexandria (AKA Gypsy)

* Dance party with music by DJ Matt Hvnter (AKA Bronto)

* Green smoothie bar led by Rhea Mehta (AKA Metta), available for $5 each (cash bar only).

* Granola bar from Made Good included with each ticket to keep you satiated during your morning commute.

Our Reset Principles to keep in mind for this event:

* Nicknames only! Consider this your opportunity to let go of your “adult self" and show up as who you really are.

* Check your tech! Morning Reset continues the digital detox tradition. As part of this, we will ask you to stow away all cell phones, tablets, eReaders and wearable technologies upon entering our space.

* No work talk! This is not the place to network, sell, or find a new job. Instead, find ways to connect with people through shared passions, thoughts on the world, or your favourite dance move.

* Keep photos in your mind, not your wallet! The no camera rule was a hit at Camp, so we're keeping it going! Please be respectful and keep all cameras (phones, DSLR or otherwise) in your bag. This allows us to create a safe space for self-expression.

* Dress up if you want! Costumes are never required, but always fun. Or, feel free to come in your yoga gear or work outfit... Whatever you are most 'you' in.

High-Level Schedule:

- 6:30 - 7:30 AM: Yoga

- 7:30 - 9:30 AM: Dance party (*if you need to leave early to make it to work for 9AM, feel free to slip out anytime!)

Note: If you are joining us for yoga, please know this is a BYOYM (bring your own yoga mat) event.
