She combines her jazz training with her love for traditional and modern r&b to create a high energy, raw neo-soul performance. Among some of Chelsey's latest achievements, she has opened for Jane Bunnett & Maqueque, Ron Sexsmith, Matt Dusk, Joe Sealy & His Jazz Birds, Brian Roman & Christopher Dallo, and has entertained at a private reception for Jim Ballsillie.
She is scheduled to open for the legendary Oliver Jones this September at the All-Canadian Jazz Festival in Port Hope.
For this show, she will be featured with Saya Gray on bass.
