Buffer Festival, the international film festival for YouTube creators, returns to Toronto for its third year. Created by Canadian talent Corey Vidal and produced by Apprentice A, the festival draws some of the most highly acclaimed and accomplished YouTubers, their loyal followers and industry influencers to the city.
