Uber Berliner Weisse - 3.8 - IBUs 3

Nickel Brook Berliner Weisse is our version of the refreshing, crisp, light and sour style of wheat beer found traditionally in Berlin, Germany. The distinct sour flavour is a result of a natural by-product of lactobacillus which occurs during a sour mash process. We then ferment with traditional German Weizen yeast, resulting in this truly exceptional drinking experience.

TACO: Beer braised German Brtwurst sausage / braised Ontario apple with tangy sauerkraut.

Le Paysan Saison - 5.7 - IBUs 27

This style originated from the farms of Belgium where it served to refresh workers as they toiled in the fields over the hot summer months. We fermented our Saison warm which gives rise to many distinct fruity aromas. The initial malt flavour gives way to a crisp, fry finish with a lingering spiciness.

Peter's Pissed Off Pumpkin Porter - ABV 5.7 - IBUs 20

Sessionable pumpkin porter using fresh and whole ontario pumpkins.

Cuvee Reserve Ale - 8.5 - IBUs 19

Nickel Brook Cuve is a rich auburn reserve ale, brewed with premium European and North American malts, Caribbean Demerara and a special mix of fruits, herbs and spices. This beer is then blended with ale aged in bourbon barrels that results in a complex and unique final product. Enjoy it today, or lay it down in your cellar and savor the changes in character as it matures. Cheers!
