For those looking for a cure for all that ails them, the 34th annual fun run may just be a good distraction for your mind numbing hangover. Kicking off at the Balmy Beach Canoe Club, this 3K or 9K run/walk takes you around Ashbridges Bay and includes a hot lunch afterwards.

On line registration is available athttp://balmybeachcanoeclub.sportical.com/events/1721  Early Bird cost (by Dec 20) is $25 or $30 after that. 

• Select PayPal to pay using your credit card.  There is no cost to you to use this method.  The service charge is paid by the Club. 

• If you prefer to pay by Interac Bank Transfer, select "Other" for payment method and then, from your bank's on-line banking, direct payment tobalmybeachcanoeclub@yahoo.ca.  For a password, please use "Balmy".

On line registration will close at Noon on December 30th.  After that, you can register in person starting at 10:30 am the day of the Run.  Registration includes a hot lunch and prizes. More information here or download the registration form here and bring it with you to the run.  You can also leave your completed form and payment (by cheque only), in a sealed envelope, at the bar at the Balmy Beach Club (map).
