With the absolutely overwhelming enthusiasm for the sold out April 25th event, a great opportunity is at hand for some to continue and others to have the opportunity to celebrate at a second event on the following afternoon. For this, were flying some more of our deepest routed performers back to Toronto for a very civilized Sunday Afternoon Social Event with friends new, old and to be, as a perfect complement to the weekend festivities...

and so we announce a second event celebration.

The alienInFlux 20 Year Anniversary "Sunday Afternoon Social" April 26th 3-10pm. Presented by alienInFlux and Box of Kittens.

Join and celebrate twenty years of forward thinking events where space makes the place for friends and friends of friends" to "gather comfortable and relaxed.

Held in Loft404, an incredible multi-room, 1920's inspired loft that during the afternoon is bathed in sunlight. It's the perfect place for us to connect to music as well as each other with plenty of space and seating in comfort for conversation.

This event has been thought about and planned for a very, long time. All the pieces and players have great meaning and deeply rooted connections to alienInFlux related events. Excitement is super high to be able to offer this second event with an all new line up of great performers traveling the world and gathering together in celebration of 20 years of amazingly great times.

We're super proud and beyond excited for these two event on a very special weekend of celebration and look forward to seeing everyone. We strongly suggest buying a ticket to the Sunday afternoon Social now as it's not a very high capacity space.

HISTORY OF AN ALIEN - INFLUX;

On April 15th, 1995 alien Visitation Productions '95 hosted its firsts event hosted by Justin, Zach, Ben and trusty guidance counselor Chris Hart RIP. After a few years of raving successes alien Visitation disbanded and Justin went on producing diverse "one off" events under such banners as Building Blocks 1996, Beta 1997, Flux 1997, Boreal Canoe Trips 1998, Module 1998, Harvest Festival 1999, The K&D Sessions 1999, Raze 2001, Kajama Sailing Cruise 2001, Hertz 2006 and more. Creating unique experiences for the growing electronic music community of Toronto was our goal. With all the different project names the issues of brand recognition was obvious and so the name alienInFlux was born to incorporate all the diverse projects under the one.

And that's how an alien of Visitation who was influx progressed to the current state and name alienInFlux.
