We are proud to welcome back a master of Italian cuisine, 2 Michelin-starred Chef Oliver Glowig, who once again brings the flavours of the Mediterranean to TOCA at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto.

From January 21 - 26, guests will have the opportunity to indulge in a culinary experience like no other featuring one of Rome's most celebrated chefs.

From his personal interpretations of classic Italian dishes, to his unique style and flavour combinations for specialty dishes like fish, seafood and offal, Chef Glowig will take guests on a gastronomic journey.
