I'm not surprised busters sea cove is mentioned here. I've gotten food poisoning from there before and when I emailed them they gave me no response. Beware

SHAME SHAME SHAME on on the restaurants listed above. I hope you all fail and close up. You don't deserve patrons, or to be in business if you can't even do the simple things to maintain a pass status

These restaurants (& there are a few) who get warnings for not having a separate hand washing sink...how did they go this many inspections without that being noted previously? It makes me question this whole DineSafe program.

Bymark got a Green the next day -- probably necessary & possible for a fancy restaurant with moderately deep pockets. How often does that happen?

Also Brass Taps, Capitano, Dumpling Queen, and School. So I guess fairly often.

Actually, it happens all the time. Buster's Sea Cove, Brass Taps, and Dumpling Queen all got Green the next day. A couple of others got Green within a couple of days, and the rest (except San Fransesco) were within 3-4 days.

Inspectors will return as soon as the restaurant says they've corrected the issue.

Also, The Spotted Dick received Red and was closed on Aug 25. Hasn't been re-inspected yet at the time of this comment.

Sometimes, upon later inspections, said hand sink is holding dirty dishes or has a lack of soap/paper towels. A violation via one of those things is the same thing as just not having a designated hand sink.
