This week on DineSafe: Gabby's, Pizza Pizza, Banjara, Duke of Gloucester, and Lemongrass

The streak is over. After six weeks without a closure, two restaurants were shut down: Gabby's on Bloor and Pizza Pizza on Lake Shore. Both were nailed for failing to prevent an insect infestation.

As far as conditional passes go, the Duke of Gloucester is a disappointing addition to the list, with significant infractions like failing to properly wash equipment. And you might want to think twice before you order that butter chicken. Banjara is another yellow-carded spot that jumps out. For the rest of this week's round-up, check out the list below:
