Foodival Toronto

25 photos of Toronto's new carnival-themed food fest

Foodival, the food fair meets carnival, took place on Sunday, September 29th at 99 Sudbury. The event, presented by Foodies on Foot, featured a family friendly daytime component along with a 19+ evening edition. Over 20 vendors and food trucks participated amidst the various inflatable bouncy games sprawled throughout the site.

We checked out the evening edition and tasted our way through the loosely carnival-themed offerings, which included shrimp corn dogs, candy apples, caramel corn and plenty of street eats. The event hopes to expand beyond Toronto by touring Southern Ontario like a circus caravan.

Check out our photo gallery with 25 highlights from the inaugural Foodival.
